INTRA-COUNTRY SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing time:
All orders are processed within 2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we receive a lot of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
Delivery prices and estimated delivery times:
The price of delivery within the EU FREE. Estimated delivery time in the EU is 5-12 working days. (Liquids can take up to 60 days)
• All orders paid online are delivered by Local Post. (Delivery time 6-12 working days from the delivery of the shipment at the post office)
Customs, duties and taxes
Pipejawood is not responsible for customs duties and taxes applicable to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). The inscription "Tax included" or "Tax included" or "Including tax" located under the product titles refers exclusively to value added tax (VAT).
Damages
Pipejawood is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order is damaged, contact your local Postal Office to file a claim.
Before filing a claim, save all packaging and damaged goods.
